2012’s upside is that it is full of potential for each and every one of us.    The downside is that 2012 is going to go extremely fast, so don’t blink!   I wanted to share with you some information I received about two weeks ago but I got caught up in trying to keep up with the pace of life, and just kept putting it off.  Apparently, my Guides are not willing to accept my behavior, because they keep reminding me to take care of this, so I guess it is time to get it on paper and off to you.

2012 has started at an abnormally fast pace for me, and from what I understand many others too.  The only way I can describe it is I feel like an iphone.  Every morning I wake up, begin my day with meditation, and I start down loading all sorts of information at an accelerated pace.  It comes so fast at times I don’t necessary understand  what  I’m hearing and seeing  at the moment;  I just feel oddly prepared for any new situation.  I feel confident that I have all the information I need to get through just about any situation.  I have to say, “It’s kinda weird”.

So with the same veracity information has been coming to me, I’ll share it with you.  Here are 4 main concepts (while not new to any of us) have been the top priority list from my Guides.  I have been asked to share them with you.

1:   Not sleeping well?   Yes, information is coming to us all faster than ever, but most of us are too engrossed in our physical ego driven world to listen.  When we have less sleep, we naturally filter out all the extraneous stuff so that we can focus on the more basic, important things.    It has been my personal experience that lack of sleep is a great gift.  As we become more sleep deprived we begin to shut off our Ego mind, (or as I call it the monkey mind…full of useless chatter).   By turning down our Ego mind we begin to hear and see things that we might otherwise block.  It allows our true Essence to come through and usually in a very creative way. This lack of sleep is Spirits way of telling you something, so relax and look beyond the dark circles beneath your eyes and the four extra cups of coffee; look at what you are holding onto that is not of service to you any longer.  What is getting in the way of you doing what you want?  Are you creating what you desire and becoming all that you know you can be?  Embrace the sleeplessness and allow that “empty mind” to speak to you.  Type, write, draw, garden, walk, run, dance just allow inspiration to flow through you.  You are not alone, you will be guided to your greater potential…trust me.

2.  Worrying, wondering and fearing?  Important point number 2: Stay in the present.  By wondering about the past, worrying and fearing the future you will be missing the great manifestation potential of the present.  I didn’t start 2012 off with this concept nailed down.  I had some personal issues that I brought from 2011 into 2012 with me.  While I started 2012 with my usual “New Year’s Resolutions- start my life over” mentality, I could immediately see that my life was not heading in the positive direction that I intended.   I soon saw that the old patterns and thoughts that I so desperately wanted to leave behind were in my face all the time. The more I pushed them away the faster more came to me just in different ways.  All of these issues had the same theme, and until I was able to see that I was living from the past and worrying about the future nothing in my life was going to move forward.  All you have to do is ask Spirit to help you stay in the present. You will be surprised how quick and efficient it will work.

3.  Think good thoughts!  Be very mindful of what you think because the rate at which things are beginning to manifest is more accelerated than it has been in the past.  Pay attention to where you are placing your emphasis and how you choose your words.  Try to stay focused on the positive in every situation and don’t get sucked into negative self talk.  Be grateful for the little things because that process in itself will create more things to be grateful for.  Instead of focusing on all the things you want to “change”, focus on all the “new ways” you will be.

4.  Love Unconditionally.   Big news right?  Never heard or seen this concept before?  I highly doubt it!  It is one of the main principles in any spiritual teaching, but here’s the thing for me…I read it, but I wasn’t applying it.  Thought I was, but I wasn’t. I was missing one big step – forgiveness.   What I have found is that I don’t have to have a direct interaction with those who have hurt me; I just need to place them and the situation in a forgiving prayer.  While this example may seem silly, when applied to issues of betrayal, abuse, and matters of the heart it takes on a much greater power.   Here is my silly example:

I forgive you for stepping on my foot.

I forgive myself for yelling profanities at you for stepping on my foot.

I’m grateful that you stepped on my foot because now I know I need to move it out of your way.

I ask that all past hurt revolving around this situation be healed so that I can move forward.

Often we unconsciously hold on to hurtful situations because we have not completely acknowledged all that it brought to us.  When we can see our part in a situation, see the benefit of growth that came from it and receive its blessing, it is then that we can let it go.

Try to remain mindful of these 4 simple concepts and apply them when necessary, I can guarantee you that you will see a huge shift in your life.  Please contact me if you have further questions or if I can be of assistance to you or someone you may know. http://www.maggiescrobonia.com/Contact_Maggie.html
